Cheshire Phoenix 90 (24,46,63) (Moses 31, Coleman 23, Middleton 16)
Glasgow Rocks 102 (28,52,78) (Harrison 25, Northern 21, Davis 18)
Five from six three-pointers by EJ Harrison keyed Glasgow Rocks to an impressive 102-90 road win at Cheshire Phoenix.
Harrison was at his most deadly in the third quarter as the Rocks extended their six point half time lead to a 15 point margin entering the final quarter.
And despite a game high 31 points from Victor Moses, Phoenix couldn’t get close during the last ten minutes of play.
Glasgow had the better of the first quarter with Harrison’s two giving the visitors a 26-18 lead. However, Phoenix finished with a 6-2 burst to trail by just four (28-24) after ten minutes.
Phoenix cut the Rocks lead back to one before Alex Marcotullio’s three for Rocks re-established the four point margin at 33-29.

The home side eventually took the lead with an 8-0 burst (37-33), capped by a Dominique Coleman three, but the Rocks came roaring back and put together a 19-9 run up to half time to lead 52-46.
Six three-point shots by the Rocks helped the visitors seize control during the third quarter. Glasgow’s first 18 points of the stanza all came from beyond the arc as Gareth Murray, Harrison four times and Davis all connected to give them a 70-54 lead.
Phoenix responded to the onslaught to cut the gap to 72-63 on a triple of their own from Coleman but then allowed the final six points of the stanza to trail 78-63 heading into the final quarter.
