DBL Sharks Sheffield came out on top in a hard-fought top-four battle as they defeated Glasgow Rocks 98-90 to cut the gap on their rivals.
Atiba Lyons’ side also level the head-to-head on the season as they claim their 15th league win of the season.
The Sharks had three players scoring 20+ points with Tony Wroblicky leading the way with 23 points, while Jordan Davis added eight assists to his 20-point haul.
Davis had half of his points total in the first period as the Sharks edged ahead before stretching their advantage to nine in the second.
Glasgow hit back with a strong close to the half and moved ahead with a 7-0 start to the third period. However, Sheffield re-gained control and began to edge clear in the fourth.
A big triple from Malcolm Riley made it 87-80 and the Sharks were able to see out the win.
