The fixtures for the 2010/11 BBL Championship season have been announced

Championship Runners Up last term, Sheffield Sharks, host the UCP Marjon Plymouth Raiders in the second BBL Championship fixture on Friday 1st October, on a weekend that also sees the 3rd (Glasgow Rocks) and 4th (Cheshire Jets) placed teams from last season in action. The Rocks will match up with the Jelson Homes DMU Leicester Riders in a repeat of last season's thrilling playoff quarter final tie on Sunday 3rd October, whilst on the same day the Jets will open their campaign against the Essex Pirates.

The regular season draws to a close on Sunday 10th April 2011 with the top 8 teams from the BBL Championship table qualifying for the end of season Playoffs. Two legged quarter and semi final rounds lead to a single leg Playoff Final which will be held on Saturday 30th April 2011 @ NIA, Birmingham.
