Rocks Cup Hopes End in 73-78 Defeat to Cheshire

The Glasgow Rocks hopes of cup glory have been quashed at the first hurdle in a closely run 73-78 defeat at home to Cheshire Jets.
A packed Kelvin Hall witnessed the first round tie in which the Rocks Mike Copeland led the Rocks, and the game, in scoring on 21 points. Captain Rob Yanders followed closely behind on 19.
The Rocks will look to bounce back when they return to championship action next Sunday 1st Nov against London Capital at Kelvin Hall (tip-off 5pm)
