Rocks Smash Thunder 106-68 in front of Sell Out Crowd

In front of a capacity crowd at Kelvin Hall, the Glasgow Rocks cruised to a convincing 106 - 68 victory over Worthing Thunder. The teams looked evenly matched in the first quarter, ending the opening stanza tied 22-22.
The Rocks took control in the second with an excellent home debut from latest signing Randall Hanke who scored 23 points personal, beaten only by Captain Rob Yanders who was in blistering form taking 25 points to lead the game in scoring.
The Rocks are in good form going into this Thursdays Trophy Quarter Final against Everton Tigers.(tip-off 7.30pm) Having not reached the quarter finals since 2006/07, this is a huge game for the Rocks as they look to progress to the Semi Finals.
