Glasgow Rocks look for Crew Members for Game Day [return]

The Glasgow Rocks, Pro-Basketball team is currently recruiting match night volunteers to help during home games.

Tasks will include the set-up and de-rig of equipment, merchandise and programme sales as well as customer services roles.

Successful applicants will be required to start 3 hours before tip-off and will be finished approximately 2 hours after tip-off. A full list of home game fixtures will be published soon.

Match night crew will be able to watch games free of charge, and receive a discount on team merchandise.

Volunteers will gain experience in following instructions, cash handling and consumer communication. This is a fantastic opportunity for youngsters to gain valuable, and often necessary, work experience for future employment. Volunteering with the Rocks Is also a suitable ‘Service’ for ‘The Duke of Edinburghs Award’ participants.

Places are limited. Applicants must be 16 and over.
