| Glasgow Rocks | 86 |
| Guildford Heat | 75 |
Trailing by 22-10 after the first quarter, the Rocks turned it on and dominated for the rest of the game.
Rocks player/coach Sterling Davis led all scorers with 26 points and had this to say after the victory:
“100% credit goes to each individual player tonight for the heart, will, and determination they displayed.
“We dug ourselves a hole in the first, but the way they responded for the remaining three quarters showed major growth in our team.”
On the successful execution of a purposeful plan, the Texan play-caller added:
“We went out with a purpose defensively which was the number one contributor to our win. It was a big boost for our morale.”
Maurice "Squeaky" Hampton added 14 points for the Rocks and co-captain Julius Joseph chipped in 9.
The Rocks now return home to fact the Worcester Wolves on Sunday in BBL League play. A raucous reception is expected from the Braehead faithful. Tip off is 5:00pm.
